Dr. Russell Drummond

Dr. Russell Drummond trained in Medicine in Aberdeen, London and Glasgow and has been a Consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology since 2007. He works at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, has been Clinical Lead for Diabetes and Endocrinology for a decade, as well as Clinical Director for Medicine and has held posts in Undergraduate Medicine at the University of Glasgow and Postgraduate Medicine in the west of Scotland Deanery. Ongoing and past research has focused upon Endocrine Genetics, adjunctive treatment for type 2 diabetes, and management of cardiovascular disease in patients with diabetes.
