For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, the term “User” shall mean and include any natural or legal person who has agreed to these Terms of Use on behalf of itself or any other legal entity. 4. On payment confirmation, User will receive an email (please do check spam/junk/bulk folder in your mailbox) from CDI which will contain your payment details. 5. Request for cancellations of orders once placed shall not be considered. 6. CDI has the right in its sole discretion to reject registration and/or remove the User from using the services of CDI website without prior intimation if the User details are found not to be true wholly or partly. 7. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user, CDI will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud.

CDI Diabetes Summit works with third-party payment processing to offer convenient and secure payment methods. We take payments in various currencies, but the delegate will be liable to pay the conversion charges, including the tax (the access would be given only after successful payment confirmation).
